It has apparent advantages, such as &#8220;pollution goes down &#8221; or &#8220;people are more productive.&#8221; \ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udcbb Two things got me thinking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) \ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf93\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udfeb Mentoring younger colleagues.&nbsp;<br>In the office, you can learn a lot: also soft skills. You can<br>see how your peers deal with stress, you learn about other roles, or get a random tip on how to sort your Outlook folder \ud83d\udce8\ud83d\udce9. I learned most of my Dutch by listening to colleagues talk around me: something that would be way harder in a fully remote environment!&nbsp;<br>I am curious about how remote work could shape us as professionals.
